Criminal networks are openly advertising delivery roles on social media with detailed pay structures and working hours
Albanian-speaking drug distribution networks are using TikTok to recruit drivers for narcotics operations across London, according to posts circulating on the platform under searches for “shofer london” (driver London).

The advertisements, posted publicly on the social media site, offer positions to drivers willing to transport drugs to established customer bases throughout the capital and surrounding areas.
Multiple posts detail specific working arrangements across different London zones. One advertisement for East London operations offers £220 per day, with confirmed payment terms and instructions to contact via direct message for further information.
According to the material, a separate posting for Oxford services lists operating hours from Monday 10:30-11:30, Tuesday through Saturday 12:00-12:00, with Sundays off. The advertisement states a six-day payment structure of £1,500, covering vehicle costs, fuel, insurance and other expenses, with only a room deposit required upfront.
Further recruitment material targets drivers for West London routes, providing contact details for prospective applicants.

One posting advertises work between London and Swindon, stating a payment rate of £1,600 with confirmed fuel and payment terms. Operating hours are listed as 12:00 to 11:00, with instructions that the driver should “only wait in the car”.
Another advertisement seeks drivers for Richmond, Twickenham and Kingston areas, detailing a six-day working week. The post specifies that successful applicants must have a valid driving licence and states that working hours will be confirmed upon contact.
A posting dated December 2025 seeks two drivers for North London zones, describing these as “established areas” with direct customer contact.

Additionally, the networks are advertising established customer contact lists for sale, with prices ranging from £100,000 to £150,000.
The advertisements appear alongside hashtags including #shqipet_ne_london (Albanians in London), indicating the target recruitment demographic for the criminal operations.
The material openly references drug distribution, with posts mentioning cocaine and cannabis sales to established client lists across multiple London boroughs.
