A 38-year-old man has been charged with criminal damage and remanded in custody after graffiti was sprayed on the statue of Winston Churchill in Parliament Square.
Caspar San Giorgio, of no fixed address, was arrested in the early hours of Friday 27 February shortly after 4am. He was charged the following morning and is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistratesโ Court later today.โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
