An 18-year-old man has died following a collision between a car and a van in north London. The victim passed away on Saturday, 8 November, two days after the crash on Ferny Hill in Enfield. He had been travelling in a car with two other teenage boys when the incident occurred at 11.40pm. According to the Metropolitan Police, one of the other teenagers sustained life-changing injuries, while the second suffered non-life-changing injuries. A large fire has broken out at Queens Road Peckham railway station in south London, forcing the closure of the station and disrupting train services. Video footage shared on social media showed flames and thick black smoke rising into the night sky above the station. Thameslink confirmed services were unable to run through the affected area. Detectives have issued an appeal for information after a woman was sexually assaulted on a tram travelling through south London. The incident occurred at approximately 3.40pm on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, during a journey from West Croydon to Blackhorse Lane tram stop.
